Our case study has been accepted for the World Open Innovation Conference for the third time

world open innovation conference bilbao 2025 open os

In both 2023 and 2024 we have presented our open innovation case studies at the prestigious World Open Innovation Conference, organized by UC Berkeley.

This year we again qualified to present our case study at Bilbao in Nov 2025.

This is an important confirmation of the consistency and relevance of our work, both for our clients and the global innovation research community.

This year we will present two projects as a single case study focusing on open innovation for product pre-launch innovation.

Opening product innovation processes before the product is launched can be challenging for many reasons. The biggest challenges are security issues and lack of product use in real environments. Therefore, design of an opportunity (or as many call it “a challenge”) and general project execution have to be with that in mind.

At WOIC Bilbao we will present how we successfully solved the security issue with OPEN OS Teams feature, and the lack of real use issue with a custom OPEN OS 3D feature, for two separate clients.

We are again grateful and proud that the work of our clients and our work is recognized by the biggest experts in the global innovation community. Having our work accepted for the third time in a row is an amazing accomplishment which enforces our vision to further promote and advance open innovation.

We publish more information about WOIC and we will share the case study file after.

Thank you to WOIC team, our clients, our team, and everyone who supported us.

See you in Bilbao 5 and 6 Nov 2025?
