We launched Teams feature which allows companies to create teams of innovators on openinnovation.me and all OPEN OS installations.
Innovators added to a team have exclusive access to opportunities and innovators visible only to that team. Teams are a great solution for controlled open innovation projects. A company can create small teams of only few specialized innovators, or large teams with hundreds of innovators. Innovators are easy to invite and add to teams in openinnovation.me and OPEN OS.
Teams are similar to marketing focus groups but are more flexible and have a much bigger range. We expect companies to use teams in creative ways with their customers, employees, end-users, partners, and external experts.
Teams are also a great solution for companies which do not want crowdsourcing allowing companies to easily manage tens or hundreds of innovators. It is a perfect middle between company-to-company very controlled open innovation and completely open open innovation.
The main aspects of the Teams feature are live on openinnovation.me and OPEN OS platforms now. We will continue to add updates in the following week as we learn from live use of it.
